The exhibition, held at the end of 2022, finally received the catalog that transcends and enriches it by the collected texts and the inclusion of a greater number of pieces than those exhibited in the Arequero Museum. Undoubtedly, a "sample book" to consult from here on, analyzing typologies, styles and even achievements of the different silversmiths through the ages, since in an unusual percentage, the selected works had their hallmark of authorship.
Each knife, throughout the edition, is presented with its physical description. But the catalog raisonné also includes three short articles that provide stories, analysis and reflections on one of the most emblematic objects of gaucho culture.
We note that due to a curatorial decision, the different knives were analyzed from their head, true emblem of Creole silverware, just commenting on the mark of each blade, without other observations on them.
