After the fall of Rosas, the country once again worked toward the idea of forming a nation with unified leadership and shared goals, although this struggle involved advances and setbacks with the state of Buenos Aires. The national government worked toward this end, promoting Argentina's advantages to attract foreign investors. This paper describes that scenario.
