The author is in charge of publicizing different acts carried out by this "dismal character" -according to his words-, and allocates them to those who "have survived the shipwreck of blood in which General Urquiza has launched two generations (...)"

The pages of it run to the rhythm of the atrocities related, according to Juan Coronado, the fruit of a capricious and bloody will, that of the "despot of Entre Ríos”.
